discount liquorsIt’s not a warm 65 degrees yet, but it’s still spring and I can’t help but be excited for it. With each new season comes a delicious variety of new cocktails to make after you stock up on discount liquors from Liquors Galore. Jump right into spring and mix up some of these delightful drinks:

  • April  Rain – A twist on a classic vodka martini, mix 2 oz. of vodka with 1/2 oz. lime juice and 1/2 oz. dry vermouth in a cocktail shaker with ice. Garnish with a lime peel.
  • Income Tax – Yes, this one is dedicated to all the accountants out there and the people who mail out their taxes on the 15th. As the relief sets in, mix 2 oz. gin, 1/4 oz. sweet vermouth, 1/4 oz. dry vermouth, 1 oz. orange juice, and bitters into a shaker full of ice. Garnish the cocktail glass with an orange twist.
  • Long Island Iced Tea – The official drink of my native land and quite possibly the strongest mixed cocktail out there. You’ll need a lot of discount liquors for this one! Pour 1/2 oz. triple sec, 1/2 oz. light rum, 1/2 oz. gin, 1/2 oz. vodka, 1/2 oz. tequila, and 1 oz. sour mix into a collins glass with ice. Stir well and top off with cola and garnish with a lemon wedge.
